- Oversee all client staffing needs – direct point of contact for client staffing requests.
- Develop work schedules by matching employees to client staffing requests
- Assume responsibility for timekeeping validation and time off requests
- Work collaboratively to identify hiring needs so vacancies are filled in a timely manner
- Report scheduling-related issues and open staffing requests to management
- Ensure employees carry out their various duties in compliance with both internal and external policies, guidelines and regulations
- Support candidate screening and hiring processes
- Assist in preparation and execution of orientation and training plans
- Proven recent experience as staffing coordinator or similar position
- Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- English and Spanish fluency required
- Must be able to work as part of a team, must be an excellent team player
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Extremely reliable
- Efficient time management is a must
