Experience as a leasing consultant in the apartment industry is required. Student housing experience is a plus! If you possess a high degree of professionalism, a positive attitude, are willing to learn and have strong customer service skills, we would love to set up an interview! Job Responsibilities:

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).
• Inspect models and available “market ready”, communicate related service needs to Property Manager.
• Fair Housing knowledge a must.
• Ensure the apartment is ready for residents to move-in on an agreed date.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
• Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
