Currently, we are excited to extend an invitation for a Full-Time Staffing Coordinator to join our esteemed assembly of healthcare professionals.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Salary: Up to $20per hour.

As a Staffing Coordinator, your pivotal responsibilities encompass:

• Crafting meticulously structured schedules and daily assignment sheets for CNAs, CMTs, and Nurses, ensuring seamless operations on a monthly basis.
• Collaborating closely with the Director of Nursing to orchestrate pivotal stages of the employment journey, including interviewing, hiring, disciplinary measures, and terminations for CNAs, CMTs, and Nurses.
• Diligently reviewing bi-weekly punch details for precision, while accurately identifying eligibility of staff members for diverse bonuses.
• Aiding in the meticulous calculation of certified hours within the nursing department.
• Upholding meticulous attendance records for our valued nursing team.
• Thoroughly conducting reference checks for prospective nursing applicants to ensure the highest standards of excellence.
• Maintaining an up-to-date roster of contact numbers for all clinical care employees.
• Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for newly hired CNA/CMTs and Nurses by meticulously verifying completion of the onboarding checklist.
• Flexibly attending to additional duties as may be requested by the Director of Nursing (DON) or Administrator.
