HR Payroll Coordinator Essential Responsibilities

• Weekly, multi-state payroll processing for 500 team members using ADP Workforce Now.
• Maintain all payroll records in payroll files and/or personnel files.
• Maintain HRIS with accurate team member information. i.e. new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, withholding orders, etc.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities with our branch offices for all new hires. Monitor the status of background checks & drug testing and communicate the status with the branches.
• Process new hire onboarding in ADP Workforce Now.
• Submit 401k contributions weekly to 401k provider.
• Perform other support functions for the HR department as needed.

Requirements

• Min 1 year experience using ADP Workforce Now. HRB and Time & Attendance preferred.
• Min 1 year of experience processing payroll.
• Positive demeanor and strong internal customer service skills.
• Intermediate computer skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral
