The position is responsible for assisting and supporting the Office Manager in performing multiple administrative functions.
5 years administrative/office experience
Strong experience in accounting support and Quickbooks
Construction experience a requirement
Ability to understand company operations, organizational procedures, and personnel
Must be proficient on spreadsheet and word processing applications, i.e
Fast pace environment requiring multi tasking- upbeat attitude.
Must have effective verbal and written communications skills
Able to prioritize workload and complete tasks in a timely manner
Must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and programs.
