• Utilize QuickBooks accounting software to manage accounts.

• Create estimates
• Bill and accept payments on client invoices
• Manage vendors and process accounts payable
• Process employee timecards and create paychecks
• Prepare and pay payroll liabilities

• Liaise with bookkeeper on a monthly basis
• Handle administrative requests from management
• Order office supplies and keep office environment pleasant and professional
• Manage office spreadsheets and stationary
• Coordinate with IT department on office equipment and updates
• Ensure office records are updated and organized
• Field phone calls and provide reception
• Run office errands when needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in QuickBooks software and MS Office
