Requires person to drive in a cart or walk the association on an hourly basis consisting of 37 buildings. Open and close / monitor laundry, storage and boiler rooms. Issue tow tickets for cars parked in unauthorized locations. PART TIME 2 SHIFTS. Saturday - Sunday. 4 pm - 12 am. Saturday - Sunday. 12 am- 8 am.
