Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Business development expertise to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

  • Availability for in-office position, 50 hours per week.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Additional performance-based incentives (MBO's).
