CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

All-Safe Pest & Termite seeks a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in West Plano.

Position Details :

• Location : West Plano
• Compensation : $18 per hour
• Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with one or two Saturday mornings per month from 8 AM to 12 PM. Must be willing to work our late shift 9 AM to 6 PM once per week on average.

Responsibilities :

As a Customer Service Representative at All-Safe Pest & Termite, you will be our valued customers' first point of contact.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Scheduling service appointments and providing accurate information regarding our pest control and termite services
• Assisting customers with billing questions and resolving any issues that may arise
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating our database as needed
