**Description**

Akerman LLP, a top 100 U.S. law firm serving clients across the Americas, is seeking a full-time Office Services Clerk to handle catering duties for its New York office. This is a hands on working position responsible for setting up meetings and events in common areas and conference rooms, stocking catering supplies, cleaning refrigerators and kitchens, moving tables and chairs, dishwashing, and following food safety protocols. Law firm experience, with a minimum of five (5) years of restaurant, hospitality, or catering industry experience is required. Bartending experience a plus. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to prioritize, work efficiently under pressure and take direction well. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably on a regular basis is a job requirement.
