The opportunity: As the Product Manager, you will deliver value-adding and innovative product solutions for AIA’s key strategic clients and develop sustainable group product terms and conditions. Reporting to the Head of Group Product, you will join a small team of product experts who are dedicated to delivering great outcomes for our clients and contributing to our purpose of helping people embrace Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. To do this successfully you will: Develop and contribute sustainable product solutions to improve the claims experience and support business growth by delivering on product requirements Develop and draft Policy Documents for key group insurance partners Conduct competitor research to identify areas of opportunity to improve member outcomes and enhancements Partner with various stakeholders to develop and negotiate product changes Provide risk assessment and product terms on new business opportunities Successful applications will demonstrate: Experience working in superannuation or life insurance ideally in a group or retail product management role Knowledge of the Australian group insurance market is preferred Strong relationship building and negotiation skills An analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Why choose AIA: At AIA, we’ve made a promise to help people live healthier, longer, better lives.
