AHL is Hiring a Remote Marketing Manager

With a passion for creating designs that inspire, AHL delivers innovative and thoughtful designs through careful consideration of each project and client’s history, culture and environment. AHL provides services for projects in all market sectors including high-rise residential, commercial mixed-use, healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, industrial, institutional, and military.
AHL’s office in downtown Honolulu is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our highly creative and collaborative team. The successful candidate for this position will participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies under the guidance of our CEO, COO and Shareholders.
Candidates for this position should have the ability to multitask and possess excellent writing skills. Prior experience in the A/E/C industry is desirable. Thorough database, desktop publishing, and word processing knowledge is required.
Salary Range: $70,000 to $90,000
AHL offers a hybrid office/remote 3/2 schedule, 4-1/2 day work week.
education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, or related field
knowledge/skills
- Minimum of seven years experience working in a professional office setting
- General administrative and marketing skills.
- Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and accomplish deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Driven and self-motivated team player
- Sense of creativity and design
- Interest and enthusiasm for architecture
typical duties
- Designs and develops marketing strategies in collaboration with the CEO/COO.
- Assists the CEO/COO and Shareholders in business development, public relations, client relations, and employee relations.
- Arranges and schedules the production of marketing materials.
- Establishes and maintains files on prospective clients and projects.
- Maintains the office's source of publications, brochures, photos and files used in Marketing.
- Arranges client and staff social events. Other specific responsibilities as assigned
