SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at ProService Hawaii, you will play a pivotal role to define our product marketing motion and own positioning, messaging and the value propositions that differentiate ProService. You will develop a deep understanding of the Hawaii market, our target personas, audience segments, and the competitive landscape to create positioning and messaging that will differentiate and clearly define ProService. You'll be a strategic leader within the business, collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams, such as product, sales and account management, to execute the go-to-market plans you develop.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Define and own positioning, value props, and differentiated messaging that demonstrates the value of what ProService offers.
  • Be the subject matter expert on our market, buyer personas, and competitive landscape in order to provide insights to the leadership team and educate the Go-To-Market team.
  • Build out buyer personas, customer case studies and testimonials
  • Incorporate customer insights into our messaging to create demand, drive retention, and promote expansion.
  • Understand the shop & buy journey and translate that to a go-to-market strategy
  • Own and drive go-to-market strategy & launches with clearly defined KPI's and success metrics
  • Work in collaboration with marketing team members to take a data-driven approach to testing and iterating messaging in various channels to create demand, as well as helping to define how we tell our product & service story across multiple channels (i.e. our website)
  • Create enablement assets to support Marketing, Sales, and Account Management teams (e.g. pitch decks, brochures, sales sheets, demo scripts, training on how to position new features & services, launch materials etc.).
  • Partner with Service on building out the packaging tiers, positioning and messaging
  • Partner with Product and Account Management teams to continually improve the customer experience with ProService.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on B2B tech experience preferred.
  • A professional with amazing storytelling capabilities, excelling in translating complex ideas into narratives that both the team and external audiences understand. You are an organized thinker and communicator.
  • Someone who can prioritize, execute, and drive results while moving quickly and maintaining flexibility.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable go-to-market strategies
  • Experience in defining and building effective programs and processes from the ground up.
  • Proven ability to connect features, benefits, and value propositions to drive revenue and retention.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing compelling marketing content for various channels and audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of the HR industry and PEO services is preferred but not required.

The base compensation for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications.
