Employee will be working in the city of Irvine, CA as an Administrative Assistant for a company that promotes global health and wellness!

Duties

• Answer multi-line telephones in a professional, friendly manner, route and source calls appropriately
• Pick up, accept, sign for, and distribute incoming employee mail as well as packages.
• Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain a professional front office and visitor’s room appearance at all times
• Make hotel reservations and order air tickets
• Order meals for visitors

Requirements

• High School Diploma or above
• 1-2 years of working experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft
• Bilingual ( English & Spanish)

Wage

$18-$20/hr. with a High School Diploma

$20-$24/ hr. with a Bachelor’s Degree.
