Admin Assistant

As a Branch Assistant at Young Scholars(YS), you will perform a variety of administrative duties as a member of our management team. You will have the initiative to perform a full range of duties. You will provide clear communication between students/parents and YS's faculty members. We want our students to strive for success in high school and beyond.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualities:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid follow-through skills and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in computer skills (Word and Excel)
• Bilingual: fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and/or Korean is a plus!!!
• A great attitude and a willingness to learn
• Enthusiasm!
• Be willing to do school pick-ups either with company van or own vehicle

About our company:

Young Scholars offers tutoring and college counseling for students from K-12th grade. We provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in all subjects, including AP and Honors courses. We create customized tutoring plans for each student based on his or her unique learning profile. Our goal is to help our students reach their full academic potential!

Work Hours:

- Monday to Friday 2:00pm - 9:00pm

- Saturday 9:00am - 6:30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour
