AGC is a reputable manufacturer and distributor specializing in welding tools, welding gas cylinders, soldering suppliers and outdoor camping products. As part of our growth strategy, we are actively seeking motivated individuals for immediate Logistics Assistant positions. We are looking for quick learners who do not require previous experience, as we provide comprehensive training in this job. We also diversity and promote gender equality in our workplace.

Position: Logistics Assistant

Location: Houston, TX

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

l Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese with our partners and clients in China, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient order processing.

l Coordinate online order processing, including order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and customer support.

l Assist in managing Amazon FBA inventory, including inventory replenishment, labeling, and shipment preparation.

l Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders and optimize shipping costs.

l Assist in packing and shipping products according to established procedures and quality standards.

l Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist in conducting regular inventory audits.

l Provide support to the logistics team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

l High school diploma or equivalent (no college degree required).

l Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.

l Basic computer skills.

l Strong communication skills.

l Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

l Quick learner with a strong willingness to develop new skills.

l Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
