The Logistics/Inventory Manager will have experience with a high-volume logistic organization and understand the newest technology. A strong background in supply chain and accounts payable experience. One of the goals will be to monitor and report on our company’s inventory levels. Another goal will be to ensure products are being shipped out on schedule with all parts/pieces included. They will be responsible for developing inventory tracking systems, reviewing levels of supplies, order new supplies, managing vendor relationships, and performing daily analysis. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement best practices in logistics management to streamline processes and improve overall supply chain performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and supplies, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Process and assign account coding to invoices for each business unit daily.
• Identify invalid charges and contact vendors for resolution.
• Input, booking and reconciling accounts.
• Track and maintain freight payable records in excel worksheets.
• Respond to vendor inquiries, research, and follow-up on issues efficiently.
• Communicate and assist members of the accounting/finance team with projects/month-end close.
• Create, submit, and receive purchase orders for inventory.

Requirements

 Requirements Required Education and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience with increasing responsibility in inventory management.
• Knowledge of Brightree software strongly preferred.
• 5 or more years of experience with ERP systems (to include USPS, UPS, and FedEx)
• General understanding of GAAP.

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of, and experience in the digital and mobile health space.
• Skilled and understand Cost Centers for healthcare.
• Interest and performance in emerging inventory technology
