ROLE PURPOSE

The Americas Logistics Leader will be dedicated to leading all logisticsactivities within the region for Honeywell Process Solutions, includingindirect oversight of site-level logistics personnel and 3PL warehousing teams to ensure flawless performancefrom order entry to shipment. They will drive improvements and productivity forlogistics/warehousing aspects via major KPIs such as inbound/outbound logisticsperformance, cost, safety compliance, and on-time delivery. This position willpartner with Manufacturing, Sourcing, IT, SIOP, Finance, and Sales to managethe distribution and transport strategy put in place to meet the needs ofmanufacturing and sales (internal customers). They will provide input for the developmentof the annual AOP for Logistics and be responsible for reporting on key metrics(Financial Results, Carrier Performance, Productivity Opportunity, etc.) formonthly reporting around logistics metrics.

This position will partner with key stakeholders to ensure the OTP/OTDgoals and internal customer delivery requirements are met for all productsshipped to/from the site and accelerate innovation and process improvementwhile leading a team of talented workforce and influencing and driving a continuous improvement culture on thelogistics process to achieve 5-7% productivity annually.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee a network of 21 Honeywell manufacturing and warehousingsites
• Create logistics strategy and lead the implementation
• Implementation of TMS regionally, including all modes oftransportation
• Analyze distribution network for efficiency opportunities
• Manage overall operational targets of On Time to First Promise (OTFP)
• Partner with internal customers to ensure constant communicationand relationship building
• Achieve annual budget targets of $35M in freight spend
• Evaluate material flow for total landed costs on a project basis
• Team with trade compliance to ensure timely execution of customsclearance
• Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork
• Drive team excellence and talent retention
• Lead to drive continuous improvement of culture
• Improve freight audit and payment process
