Addison HVAC, LLC is Hiring a Sales Support Specialist Near Orlando, FL
- Update and maintain BOM’s and Logic in the Configurator as Engineering change notices (ECN’s) are released and maintain documentation of changes.
- Maintain and update Costing and Pricing in the Configurator as directed by the Director Application Engineering.
- Update and maintain Code String application rules and Breakdown drivers and the refrigeration options tab.
- Applying time management techniques to complete assigned product inputs in a timely manner.
- Product pricing testing and customer master maintenance within ACE.
- Maintain Carrier 62 to PR conversion documents, Carrier Costing and Price Books.
- Update and maintain the Configurator Administration documentation.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required.
- Excellent computer and data analysis skills.
- Cross functional team participation.
- Takes self-initiative and is well organized.
- 3-5 years work-related experience.
- Must be well versed in manufacturing process and BOM’s.
- Expertise and strong personal desire for error free work.
- Attention to tedious detail particularly successions and numerical sequences.
- Strong documentation and ‘tracking’ skills.
- Spreadsheet utilization (Excel), proficient typing skills.
- Proofreading accuracy.
