Adaptall specializes in the conversion of hydraulic adapters and fittings, between International (“Metric”) and American (“Imperial”) thread types. We pride ourselves in having vast selections of stock and same day delivery, the ability to produce high quality fittings in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, as well as providing industry leading technical support.

We serve our customers from facilities located in Twinsburg, Ohio; Houston, Texas; Mississauga, Ontario (Canada) and from our manufacturing facility in Pickering, Ontario.

Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers in selecting, quoting, and ordering products via phone, or email. The customer service representative is also responsible for dealing with customer concerns and issues in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide pricing, lead times and technical information to customers for standard and non-standard products.
• Enter orders from customers, confirm via email or fax
• Ensure all required information on customer PO’s is captured on internal pack slips and confirmations.
• Help customers select products in order to meet application and environmental requirements.
• Modify and cancel orders when necessary.
• When required, provide product information and training for inside staff and customers
• Help source product for customers with our purchasing staff and/or manufacturing facility.
• Assist with customer service issues (late freight, tracking, assembly issues, etc.)
• Complete RGA (returns) documentation as outlined.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with hydraulic threads/hoses/fittings/components as either sales, customer service, technician, or similar role is an asset.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer skills required
• Able to problem solve and use analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and computer skills
• Able to read and understand blueprints/part drawings, as well as operate calipers a plus
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Able to manage time and duties effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
