Description:

This position will be responsible for analyzing moderate to complex financial transactions to ensure accounting codes are properly documented, invoices are processed correctly and assets are booked accordingly. duties to include working with customers (internal and external) to resolve system and process related problems, providing guidance on work management system, ARM, PowerPlant and Oracle Financials. Help with establishing best practices and process improvements for Project Support Specialist Tasks.

Education, Certifications/Licenses:

High School diploma or Bachelor’s degree. Can have any degree but finance degree would stand out. Open to no degree if have 2 yrs of relevant experience

Microsoft Excel required

Previous experience managing engineering or construction invoices is a plus, but not required
