Description:
Imaging, deployment & technical support for laptops, desktops & peripherals for in-house & remote customers.
Responsibilities:
- Configure & support desktop applications ensuring compliance with IT policies.
- Backup & restore data, manage hardware surplus.
- Answer helpdesk calls, resolve tickets promptly.
- Manage, troubleshoot, and update hardware and software assets.
- Provide onsite troubleshooting and technical documentation support.
Requirements:
- Proficient in active directory, DNS, DHCP.
- Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity.
- Ability to image and deploy laptops.
- Familiarity with Bitlocker encryption, antivirus, and malware removal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
