What You’ll Do

The Project Specialist for ANDMORE will support the Director of Project Management by assisting in scheduling, monitoring, and tracking project deliverables and resources. Operating within a fast-paced, high-volume work environment with the ability to manage dozens of projects simultaneously with minimal oversight.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Extensive experience in planning, management, and execution of large, highly complex marketing campaigns
• Ability to exercise careful forethought to identify and predict tradeshow deliverables.
• Proactive planning and stakeholder collaboration to ensure timely project requests and on time deliverables. 
• Liaison between all ANDMORE departments to our Creative and Digital departments to ensure the orderly flow of projects and resources.
• Serve as traffic manager to monitor graphic design review phases within a digital proofing platform.
• Encourage and reward examples of collaborative work efforts and exemplary performance. 
• Facilitates marketing strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of multi-channel marketing communications. 
• Supports marketing strategy team by offering consultations on production attributes and timelines as related to the overall communications strategies and cadence. 
• Optimizes internal communications by facilitating and mediating cross-functional and cross-departmental strategic meetings that elicit subsequent action items and tactical planning. 
• Develops, distributes, and maintains campaign-specific and annual communications calendars that create awareness and alignment across channels and departments. 
• Estimates time and resources required to complete projects and advises/directs marketing channel leaders of the needs, priorities, and timelines of marketing tactics to be executed. 

• Identifies and mitigates project risk factors through data analysis, anticipation, and troubleshooting. 
• Identifies, tracks, and reports key metrics related to specific project tasks and overall workflow efficiency. 
• Identifies bottlenecks and process gaps, optimizing existing processes or creating new processes to make our marketing efforts more efficient and effective. 
• Will be able to work some weekends when we have a Market. It’s all hands-on deck when we have Markets and all ANDMORE pitches in to make sure our exhibitors and buyers have the best experience while attending one of our shows. You may have to volunteer for greeter duty or an information table. Help schedule any last minute projects and be available to help out with any market task another team may need help with.

 QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Excellent understanding of Project Management principles.
• Experience with Project Management software.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects of medium to high complexity to successful completion; able to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Is a strong team player, possessing stellar verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, possess excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures.
• 3-5 years multichannel project management experience required.
• Proven track record of developing systems that enhance productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. 
• Ability to manage projects to ensure successful delivery within the agreed upon success criteria. 
• Ability to develop project plans, allocate resources, identify potential issues/risks and develop contingency plans. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to articulate views crisply and convincingly as well as describe technical processes in easy-to-understand terms. 
• Strong experience in and be able to successfully build, manage, mentor and lead teams.
