Kids Health First is Hiring a Quality Project Specialist Near ATLANTA, GA

Are you an experienced professional in healthcare quality with a knack for data management and a passion for driving excellence? A clinically integrated network is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Project Specialist to lead our quality initiatives and foster continuous improvement across our organization. This is a locally remote position – meaning you need to be within driving distance of Atlanta to attend meetings.Key Responsibilities:Data Management and Reporting:
  • Data Collection: Pull and store data from various sources to ensure comprehensive data management.
  • Scorecards: Develop and maintain quality scorecards that capture essential performance metrics, ensuring alignment with contract goals and organizational standards.
  • Quality Analytics: Analyze and monitor minimum quality standards for all participating practices/members across the network to ensure consistent performance and compliance.
  • Executive Summaries: Prepare detailed executive summaries that provide insights and overviews of network performance metrics for organizational leadership.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Managing Quality Content: Collaborate with the communications staff to ensure all quality-related content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with the latest organizational standards and practices.
  • Maintain Educational Materials: Update and manage practice scorecards, practice tip sheets, measure definition sheets, quality cover sheets, and educational videos.
  • Data Provision to Managed Care: Oversee the delivery of relevant data to CHOA managed care team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support ongoing contract performance and quality/utilization management activities.
Operational and Project Management:
  • Recall Lists: Manage and optimize recall lists to ensure effective patient follow-up and care continuity.
  • Project Implementation: Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth implementation of quality initiatives and projects, minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
