This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in human resources within a unique environment that values people above all else.Responsibilities :Employee onboarding, transition, and offboarding assistanceProcess new hire paperwork and ensure all records are accurate and filled outAssist with onboarding communication with new hires to ensure the new hire experience is positive and reflects our cultureConduct new hire orientationSending out new hire surveys to ensure expectations are met both for new hire and managerAssist with offboarding employees, processing paperwork, and conducting exit interviews as neededNew hire swag and welcome boxes are sent outEmployee and portfolio partners' birthdays, holidays, and anniversary gifts are accounted for and sent well ahead of time and on budgetUpdate and maintain org chart for the organization and share with leaders and people team as needed.HR AdministrationMaintain and update accurate records in Paychex and Office VibeUpdate, prepare and communicate HR policies as neededAssist with employee inquiries on benefits or policiesAssist with benefits enrollment and changes, serve as POC to field from CFOCoordinate with Paychex on any issues that ariseCoordinate company holidays and ensure proper coverage at all times between managersMaintain and update company HR Asana boardsTraining, Development, and PerformanceMaintain upkeep of company goalsMaintain and train managers on performance management softwareFacilitate engagement and 360 surveys on behalf of leadership teamOwn communication and administration of annual performance reviews and trainingEnsure presentations are uniform with the company theme/presentation style.Ensure presentations are up to date with current organization information.Schedule, communicate and own coordination of the manager and leadership training cadence with a 6 month running schedule.Conducting and communicating the Great Place to Work Survey 1x per yearResults :All records in Paychex are maintained and up to dateAll employees experience a best-in-class white-glove onboarding processAll employee questions and issues regarding benefits are resolved swiftlyAll policies and policy changes are properly communicated to the greater teamTeam is properly trained on Performance management tools and annual reviews are conducted on a regular scheduleLeadership Training is held on a regular cadence with a 6 month running schedule for speakers/hostsGenerate reports as needed for leadership related and collaborate with others as needed.Engagement and 360 surveys are conducted on a monthly basisAll birthdays and anniversaries are properly celebratedEmployee full team meetup is supported from an administrative standpointAll surveys are sent on timeRequirements :Bachelor's degree in HR preferredStrong interpersonal and relational skillsEnthused by the opportunity for upward growth and mentorshipDetail oriented and organizedCollaborative and self-sufficentAbility to maintain confidentialityProficient in G SuitePrevious experience in entry level HR position preferredAbility to work across multiple stakeholders and communicate effectivelyExperience with HR Systems like employee engagement, payrolling, etc.LocationIn, or open to relocating to, Las VegasSalary$55,000BenefitsAcquisition.com believes great people are at the center of every successful business.Medical, Vision, Dental BenefitsFlexible PTO401(k) with employer matchAcquisition.com Core ValuesOur core values are the heart and soul of this incredible company.
