**Senior Account Director** **Description** The **Sr\. Account Director** primary role is to lead and manage a client’s business from planning to execution\. The Sr\. Uses insights to help solve client needs and provide best in class business strategy\. **Inside Mosaic & Acosta** \- Grows and manages multiple pieces of businesses, challenging others to incorporate leadership values into their decision making and actions; establishing and maintaining strong relationships between all service groups\. Works collaboratively with planning and creative groups to develop ground breaking roles to provides input in the development/refinement of agency processes and procedures\. **P& L Management** – Financial accountability for overseeing and managing respective team to ensure accuracy and compliance in generating client estimates and invoices; work collaboratively with clients to build out annual scope of work, ensure clients are paying on time and according to MSAs/SOWs\. Provide accurate and up to date financial forecasts including properly identifying opportunities and assisting in bringing in new clients\. **Partner / Vendor Management** \- Research and identify partnership opportunities across all disciplines of respective programming\. Work hand in hand with procurement and legal to manage and lead negotiations ensuring favorable agreements are made and executed benefiting Acosta / Mosaic and our respective clients / customers\. Oversee team working with partners / vendors guaranteeing 100% compliance and excellence in execution\. Other duties as assigned\. **Qualifications** **Responsibilities:** Bachelor’s Degree Required 10 years’ experience managing business relationships with the ability to leverage that knowledge to market 5 years’ proven experience leading business strategically in alignment with strategic plans established by Leadership 5 years’ experience managing / supervising a team and mentoring all subordinates working to close skill gaps and grow future leaders Proven experience identifying organic and non\-organic business opportunities to grow existing and new business P&L Experience working and leading a cross functional teams both internally and externally to service the client’s business Proven experience managing financials including estimating, forecasting and reconciliation\.
