8 | Job Description | Duties and responsibilities for the temporary Administrative Support Specialist will include but are no limited to: " Provide comprehensive administrative support to the ACE for ASO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence. " Organize and maintain files, documents, and records, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality. " Draft, proofread, and edit various written materials, including standard operating procedures, reports, memos, and presentations. " Assist in preparing meeting agendas, materials, and minutes as required. " Respond to inquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner. " Assist in monitoring the shared email inboxes within ASO. " Manage and assist with the preparation of reports provided to the ACE for ASO and Circuit Executive's officeWrite, edit, and revise policies, procedures, guides, manuals, and other documents in support of administrative areas for the court for use by ASO staff. " Support procurement activities by researching vendors, obtaining quotes, and entering purchase requests. " Assist with monitoring and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and furniture inventory and providing monthly reports. " Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of court events, conferences, and meetings. " Prepare event materials, such as agendas, programs, and registration list for court events | |||||||
9 | Skill set info | Minimum of two years of experience in supporting senior government officials or Clevel executives in the public sector.Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong capabilities in using SharePoint for document management and collaboration. Familiarity with cloud-based financial management systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. | |||||||
