Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
