Abacus Service Corporation is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Concord, NH

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in various systems
- Assist with office management duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents accurately and efficiently
- Process order entries and ensure accurate and timely completion
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, perform data collection, and generate reports
- Assist with clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Conduct research and gather information as requested

Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (experience with pivot tables is a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality
