Job Description:
We are looking for an Order Processing Representative who will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order fulfilment and resolving any issues that may arise for both internal and external customers and vendors. Under direct supervision, who will assist with various tasks related to order processing, document retrieval, filings, and recordings across all jurisdictional levels.
Skills/Qualification:
· High school diploma or equivalent;
· Prior experience in order processing, customer service, or related field preferred.
· Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in using relevant software and databases.
· Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
· Provide direct support to internal and external customers and vendors, assisting them with order fulfillment and addressing any issues or concerns they may encounter.
· Conduct searches, retrieve documents, prepare and execute documents, and handle filings and recordings at all jurisdictional levels as required.
· Stay informed about jurisdictional requirements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies to facilitate smooth operations and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
· Make well-informed and timely decisions to meet client expectations and requirements, ensuring efficient order processing and problem resolution.
· Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention, efficiency, revenue growth, cost savings, and financial results.
· Challenge existing procedures and processes, making recommendations for enhancements and improvements to increase team efficiencies and satisfaction.
· Assist customers, team members, and vendors with training on products, jurisdictional requirements, and company databases using a consultative approach.
· Ensure that all stakeholders have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and processes.
