As our Business Analyst, you will be part of a team that enhances, supports and implements systems used within our human resource, legal and compliance departments. Every day, you will triage and resolve issues, support system maintenance needs, and perform assigned project tasks. This job is primarily remote with occasional required travel to Baltimore and communities as needed. We’re looking for a Business Analyst with experience: Facilitating cross-functional team meetings and building strong relationships with customers and team members Evaluating existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement Collaborating with customers to collect and document detailed business requirements Executing test cases and ensuring that solutions meet requirements and quality standards Providing a high level of customer service by effectively addressing user support issues Taking ownership of issues, driving issues to resolution independently and managing shifting priorities Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at 80,000 annually Erickson Senior Living is continuously building new communities and we are looking to add additional staff to our team to support this growth.
