We are seeking an IT business analyst who has solid experience with infrastructure Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity projects in large enterprises.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an IT business analyst who has solid experience with infrastructure Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity projects in large enterprises. In this role, you will apply business analysis methodologies and leverage your knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure platforms to solve complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions to enhance disaster recovery capabilities. You will be working with highly experienced technical teams and advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.

Requirements
NON-TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to pass a 7 year background check and be able to obtain a US Public Trust
• Must be located within 2 hours of travel from Baltimore, MD
• Critical thinking, problem solving and ability to work independently or collaboratively as required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical/business stakeholders and conversely, communicate business information to a technical audience.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• Bachelor's Degree (in a technical or mathematical discipline) and 8 years of professional working experience (or 6 years of experience with a Master's Degree).
• Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a specific concentration in Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in designing and building business processes.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience with process flow documentation creation.
• Must have experience of the Agile software development practices.
• Must have experience in infrastructure platforms.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• Experience with ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) and/or ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules.
• ServiceNow Certification.
• Experience working in Federal or local government organizations.

Salary Description

$128,000 - $136,400
