POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will leverage robust experience in process and program analysis to improve and streamline delivery of services within a large organization. As a process analyst with experience in the ServiceNow platform, you will:

• Provide directed advisory and coaching support to organizational units, staff and key stakeholders on processes and programmatic issues
• Perform various ad hoc analyses as requested
• Effectively communicate strategy to organizational and technical leadership
• Perform gap analysis and propose changes to existing processes?
• Develop ServiceNow workflows for enterprise processes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business or a related field; Masters or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience
• 4 years of experience in technology lifecycle and/or process development
• 4 years of experience supporting, developing and guiding process improvements for a technology organization
• 4 years of Experience developing, collecting, analyzing and presenting research data to support process improvements
• 4 years conducting gap analysis
• 2 years of experience with ServiceNow workflows
• Experience collaborating between self-organizing, cross-functional technical teams
• Ability to provide impact analyses
• Ability to provide risk analyses
• Prior experience working in a Federal government agency
