Business Systems Analyst
Requirements:
- SQL - basic SQL queries
- API - Understanding of how API s work, access, and use via Postman
- Gathering requirements and working with C-Level executives
- Software Testing and Documentation
- Proficient in Excel and Data Analysis
- Ideal candidates have financial experience, more specifically trading experience working with OMS or EMS/Execution Management Systems such as (Charles River, Portware, TradeWeb, Bloomberg, MarketAxess, etc).
Responsibilities:
Applies a lean-agile mind-set to work and supports organizational agility
Active participation throughout the software development process
Using questions and proposals to clarify requirements when unclear
Independently works with domain experts on low to medium complexity work to ensure clarity of the problem/opportunity and elicit business requirements
Working closely with a variety of internal and external business partners to ensure that all business requirements are understood, documented, and met
Creating and organizing documentation such as project inception & technical architecture diagrams
