Customer Service Representative

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and sales transactions
-Clean and maintain cleanliness of store.

-Cook/Prepare/Maintain food on grills as well as hot food case, with proper code dates - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships
- Experience in retail is preferred, but not mandatory, we will provide training.
- Ability to multitask & self motivated.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Knowledge of Lotto & Lottery
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
