Pay Rate: $47k - $54k/year plus commissions on sales! Our average inside salesperson earns $75k - $80k/year, including base and commissions!

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience with inside/direct sales
• Highly organized with good follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience in HVAC sales is preferred
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software programs
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to offer solutions to our clients
