About the role:

The Inside Marketing Representative nurtures ongoing relationships with our current and prospective client base across various channels (CRM, social media, email, inbound/outbound calls, etc.). The IMR will use her or his expert knowledge of services, products, product availability, to communicate with and tailor needs specific to each client. But will also have a hand in assisting with social media marketing campaigns & efforts. Bonus opportunities also offered!

What you’ll do:

• Assist with deployment of various social media campaigns
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements and how to promote and sell appropriate products and services
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate channels for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

What you’ll have:

• Social Media Campaign & Marketing Experience (strongly preferred)
• Adobe Photoshop/Canva Experience (strongly preferred)
• Established Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, alongside other platform Experience (strongly preferred)
• Inside Sales experience (spa experience strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with Zenoti or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Membership sales experience nice to have
• Excellent communication and persuasion, with emphasis via phone and email
• Adaptability and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• High organized
• Process driven approach

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
