Your Responsibilities as an ISR

As a Glass Doctor ISR, you are a vital part of our team. You will be the person that provides top-notch customer service while

showing off your solid customer service skills.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Receives incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, determines purpose of the call, and collects/verifies contact information.
  • Enter all relevant customer information into the point-of-sale system.
  • Sets appointments for flat projects to promptly close the sale.
  • Promptly responds to email requests to secure the opportunity.
  • Respond to customer requests on social media sites.
  • Collect payment from customers for the work performed.
  • Provide quotes and secure orders.
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks like filing, date entry and sorting mail.

Job Requirements

  • The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for the ISR position at Glass Doctor:
  • One year or more of customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the basic tools of the trade.
  • Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screen.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time.
  • Outstanding phone skills.
  • Strong computer and internet skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

The pay range for this position starts at a minimum of $17.00 per hour but will depend on your level of experience as an ISR.
