We are looking for an Executive Kitchen Manager at 4 Star Restaurant Group.
Executive Kitchen Manager responsibilities include supervising,
- Food prep and cooking.
- Maintaining Food Purchases and inventory.
- Maintaining 4 Star Systems and Procedures.
- Managing Labor and Food cost with-in budgets.
- Complying with Local and Federal food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Communicate effectively with teammates.
- Gives and recieves feedback in a positive manner, presents solutions based on results and problems
To be successful in this role, You need to be able to work with a sense of urgency, work professionally and camly under pressure, manage systems, People and budgets.
