Job Summary: Kitchen manager position in the loop MONDAY-FRIDAY, kitchen closes at 7 PM.
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, staff management, inventory control, and ensuring high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of culinary operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support staff.
• Maintain and enforce food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Develop and update menus in collaboration with the executive chef or restaurant manager.
• Control inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistent performance.
• Coordinate and schedule kitchen shifts to optimize workflow.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that arise in the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
