We are currently seeking for an energetic and dedicated Assistant Kitchen Manager to help manage Izakaya Yume in the bustling Hmart food court.
Responsibilities:Team Leadership - Lead and motivate the restaurant team to ensure exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and a positive work environment.
Operational Excellence - Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Customer Experience - Ensure an outstanding customer experience by addressing customer concerns, maintaining high-quality service, and implementing improvements as needed.
Training and Development - Train and mentor staff, providing guidance on customer service, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
Financial Management - Assist in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
