We ae seeking a Michelin experienced sous chef who is ready to level up!
You will be hands-on, passionate, innovative and have management leadership skills. You will be partnering closely with the Chef Owner Greg Lutes. As CDC you are responsible for all aspects of the kitchen, operations, portion and inventory control, food quality and employee supervision. He/She/They will provide leadership and training of the kitchen staff.
Must be able to work nights, evenings, weekdays and weekends.
Requirements:
We shop the farmers market weekly and work closely with our favorite small farms. We are a small Chef-owned business who takes organizational health seriously. We care deeply about our staff & customers.
