Roanoke Hospitality is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at our new restaurant, 101 Club, opening this April!
101 Club is located in the heart of Chicago’s central business district in the Magnificent Mile. The menu reflects a melting pot of multicultural cuisines and rich histories of the Mediterranean, Spain, Portugal, and Morocco. The vibrant bar showcases open-skylight views of the neighboring Willis Tower and the most iconic rooftop terrace patio and ground floor luxury 3-season patio
We also feature a Sunday jazz brunch on the 20th floor.
We offer Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, seven days a week.
