Responsibilities:

• Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices

• Process expense reports on a regular basis

• Perform monthly reconciliations (bank statements, vendor statements, etc.)

• Perform data entry associated with accounts payable

• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies

• Address and respond to vendor inquiries

• Review credit card expenses

• Working with all departments for approvals to process payments timely

• Perform other related duties

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in

• Knowledge of the AP process and basic accounting principals

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly

• Ability to prioritize, work effectively, and complete assignments in a timely manner

• Desire to identify problems and work to resolve them independently or with the team

• Knowledge of Quickbooks and Concur helpful

Annual Salary: $55,000- $75,000.
