Responsibilities:
Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
Process expense reports on a regular basis
Perform monthly reconciliations (bank statements, vendor statements, etc.)
Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
Address and respond to vendor inquiries
Review credit card expenses
Working with all departments for approvals to process payments timely
Perform other related duties
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
1-2 years of experience in
Knowledge of the AP process and basic accounting principals
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly
Ability to prioritize, work effectively, and complete assignments in a timely manner
Desire to identify problems and work to resolve them independently or with the team
Knowledge of Quickbooks and Concur helpful
