Maintains records, processes paperwork, reconciliations, resolves discrepancies, end of period processes, verifies information and monitors procedures to ensure compliance with accounting procedures and company standards.Responsibilities:Job DescriptionAnalyze and reconcile various general ledger accountsPost journal entries for payrollAssist with monthly inventory reportsGeneral accounts payable and accounting dutiesAd hoc requests as requiredParticipate in month-end close processPrepare journal entriesReconcile balance sheet accounts and provide balance justificationMaintain fixed assetsMonthly reporting packageMonthly closingsReconciliations of accountsCoordination with outside accountantsAssistance with external auditsTesting of new PeopleSoft functionalities from accounting perspective.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree2 - 4 years working experienceCPA track: not required, but a plusExcellent excell skillsKnowledge of PSFT a plusAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
