Summary:

Responsible for the successful implementation of marketing strategies and manages the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, develop, measure performance, discipline, and schedule department staff
• Lead the tactical execution of strategic initiatives under the direction of division leadership
• Establish standards of service within assigned department(s) and ensure achievement
• Plans and executes promotional events and activities
• Monitors competitive marketing activities and analyzes data to support informed decision-making
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of marketing campaigns
• Coordinates cross-marketing initiatives with sister properties and strategic partners
• Support the evaluation of promotional results and contribute to future planning based on insights
• Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and channels
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in marketing or promotions, with a proven track record of supervising team members or managing projects
• Previous experience in the gaming industry preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• At least 21 Years of Age
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Bachelors Degree in a Marketing or a related field preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 35 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels

• Regularly sit and work at a desk or computer
• Regularly stand and walk throughout the property
• Constant use of hearing and vision
