Project Design Manager Essential Functions:

• Planning – Developing a comprehensive project plan that outlines objectives, tasks, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Organizing – Assigning roles and responsibilities to team members, establishing communication channels, and coordinating resources to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Controlling – Monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing issues and risks, adjusting the plan as needed, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and within budget guidelines.
• Leading – Motivating and guiding team members, fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive team environment to maximize productivity and performance.
• Communicating – Keeping stakeholders informed about project status, progress, and any changes, facilitating effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and understanding.

Education and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field of study.
• Experience: 3-5 years
• Skills: Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Nines
• Other Requirements: Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
