Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service while serving the Lord? Calvary Distribution is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with orders and inquiries.
- Process orders, returns, and price quotes.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Basic computer skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to complete projects on time with minimal supervision.
- Able to follow instructions and achieve results quickly.
- A strong relationship with Jesus Christ and a desire to minister and serve others in this role.
