Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of CCS Athletic Programs for grades 5 through 12, developing continuity and growth from elementary through high school.
• Organize and manage sports teams, ensuring compliance with school policies and fostering a positive athletic culture.
• Support the well-being and development of student-athletes, emphasizing academic success, character development, and spiritual growth.
• Recruit, train, and develop coaches, ensuring CIF eligibility and adherence to regulations.
• Oversee and develop athletic staff, cultivating a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Collaborate with school administration on facility management and officiating coordination.
• Maintain clear communication with staff, parents, and students regarding schedules and updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching and coaching experience in a secondary school setting.
• Previous Athletic Director or administrative experience within an educational setting highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to developing, organizing, and implementing athletic programs aligned with our Christian values.
