Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or a related field.3. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in electronic health record systems.7. BLS certification.8.
